Toshiba TLP5212 is a highly integrated intelligent gate driven optocoupler with a 2.5A output current. It has functions such as IGBT de saturation detection, isolation fault status feedback, gate soft turn off, active Miller clamping, and undervoltage locking (UVLO).
TLP5212 meets the basic specifications of industrial equipment and has multiple protection functions. While simplifying external circuits, it also helps to reduce the cost of gate driven optocouplers used for fault detection and protection operations.
