Analog Devices Inc. TMC2225 stepper driver provides an integrated motor driver solution for 3D printing, cameras, scanners, and other automation device applications. The TMC2225 adopts StealthChop silent drive technology to ensure noiseless operation, maximum efficiency, and optimal motor torque. Fast current regulation and optional combination with SpreadCycle can achieve high dynamic motion. Integrated power MOSFET can handle motor current effective values up to 1.4A. Protection and diagnostic functions support robust and reliable operation. The easy-to-use UART interface provides more tuning and control options. Application specific tuning can be stored in OTP (One Time Programmable) memory.
