The TMC7300-LA-T operates on single or dual lithium-ion batteries or dual or multiple AA batteries, making it ideal for battery powered devices. Its two full bridges allow for the control of two DC motors, PWM control of LEDs, or the use of a polarity signal per half bridge for protected independent peripheral drive. Through simple UART control, up to two DC motors can be operated to achieve direction, speed, and torque. Integrated power MOSFET and internal charge pump, capable of achieving first-class RDSon even at low power supply voltage, continuously processing motor currents of up to 1.2A per motor, or dual currents in parallel. In addition, the small standby current ensures a longer battery life. The protection and diagnostic functions support robust and reliable operation.
