Toshiba TB67H45 Brushed Motor Driver
The Toshiba TB67H451AFNG brushless motor driver is a pulse width modulation (PWM) chopper type DC brushless motor driver. These devices support PWM constant current drive and direct PWM drive. The TB67H451AFNG motor driver is manufactured using the BiCD process, which integrates bipolar, CMOS, and double diffused MOS (DMOS) devices on a single chip. The TB67H451FNG motor driver has a built-in output MOSFET, a regulator with low on resistance and V copy for internal circuit operation. These devices also include error detection functions such as thermal shutdown (TSD), overcurrent detection (ISD), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The rated output voltage of the two devices is 50V and the maximum current is 3.5A.
