MP1601GTF-Z is a high-performance high-voltage synchronous step-down switch regulator controller chip launched by MPS Xinyuan Company for various electronic product markets. MP1601 is a single-chip buck switching mode converter with built-in power MOSFET. It can achieve a continuous output current of 1A within the input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V, and has excellent load and line regulation capabilities. The minimum output voltage can be adjusted to 0.6V. The constant conduction time control scheme can provide fast transient response and simplify loop stability. Fault protection includes cycle by cycle current limitation and thermal shutdown.
