MP3312 is a dual channel boost WLED driver that integrates 40V MOSFETs and supports power inputs ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. It uses peak current mode to adjust the LED current set by the external resistor. MP3312GC-Z adopts a fixed switching frequency of 1.2MHz. It supports PWM input analog dimming and digital analog dimming, and can precisely adjust the dimming current. MP3312 integrates a current source to balance LED current, achieving good ILED matching and accuracy performance. In addition, MP3312 also has LED open circuit and short circuit protection, cycle by cycle current limit protection, and thermal shutdown protection functions. It is packaged in a miniature WLCSP1.35x1.35-9 package.
