Toshiba TCR3DM 300mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator
The Toshiba TCR3DM 300mA low-voltage differential regulator is a CMOS universal single output regulator with on/off control inputs. TCR3DM provides low voltage differential, low output noise voltage, and low surge current. LDO provides a fixed output voltage of 1.0V to 4.5V and can drive currents up to 300mA. In addition, TCR3DM also has overcurrent protection, over temperature protection, surge current protection circuit, and automatic discharge function.

The Toshiba TCR3DM 300mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator has a 210mV (2.5V output, I-outer=300mA) output noise voltage as low as 38 μ V effective value (2.5V output), and a transient load response of only Δ V-outer=± 80mV (I-outer=1mA ÷ 300mA, C-outer=1.0 μ F).
TCR3DM13 is packaged using ultra small plastic molds DFN4/DFN4E (1.0mm x 1.0mm; t 0.58mm). The TCR3DM series can be used in coordination with small ceramic input and output capacitors, making it ideal for portable applications that require high-density circuit board assembly, such as mobile phones.
