GD32F1 series MCU adopts 32-bit ARM ®  Cortex-M3 ® core, with a maximum operating frequency of 108MHz, has zero wait state for flash memory access to achieve maximum efficiency. At the same time, it provides up to 3024KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 96KB of SRAM. Various enhanced I/O ports and on-chip peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The MCU series provides up to 3 12 bit 1MSPS ADCs, 10 universal 16 bit timers, and 1 PWM advanced timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces.
