Melexis MLX90621ESF-BAB-000-TU   The Low Noise High Speed Far Infrared (FIR) array is a fully calibrated 16x4 pixel infrared array packaged in the industry standard 4-pin TO-39 package. The MLX90621ESF-BAB-000-TU combines an infrared array with signal conditioning function and a 256x8 EEPROM into a single chip.
