ADI Trinamic TMC5160A-TA-T motor controller and driver IC
ADI's TMC5160A-TA-T motor controller and driver IC are universal high-voltage controllers/drivers suitable for two-phase bipolar stepper motors with serial communication interfaces. These driver ICs will be combined with state-of-the-art stepper motor drivers for flexible slope generators for automatic target positioning. The TMC5160 motor driver has a 20A coil current (external MOSFET) and can use external transistors to achieve high dynamic and high torque driving. These motor controller drivers have a resolution of 256 microsteps per full step, ranging from 8V DC to 60V DC voltage, and are packaged in small-sized TQFP48 or QFN-56 packages.
