TB67S581FNG BiCD constant current two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver IC 1. Description: The TB67S581FNG is a two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver IC that uses a PWM chopper. Made using BiCD technology, TB67S581FNG has a rated value of 50 V/2.5 A. The built-in voltage regulator for IC operation allows the motor to be driven by a single VM power supply.
TB67S581FNG features: BiCD process integrated with a single chip IC, capable of controlling bipolar stepper motors, attenuation mode selection function (mixed attenuation/slow attenuation/fast attenuation), power-saving function (sleep mode), clock input control, 3.3 V regulator output, allowing full step, half step, quarter step, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32 step operation, BiCD structure: DMOSFET is used to output power transistors.
