The Toshiba TLP2398 (TPL. E (T) consists of two GaAlAs light-emitting diodes and a high gain, high-speed photodetector. It is packaged in SO6. Due to the reverse parallel connection of the two LEDs, it can process input signal input and source signal. The detector has a totem pole output stage and has current source and fill current functions. The TLP2398 (TPL. E (T) has internal Faraday shielding, ensuring common mode transient immunity of ± 20 kV/μ s. The TLP2398 (TPL. E (T) has a logic inverter output and also provides a buffer output version TLP2395.
