Product Introduction
Meilaixin MLX90342 is an innovative high-performance four channel thermocouple interface that provides fast response and high accuracy in measuring extreme temperatures. This device has been specially designed to help automotive designers meet more stringent engine and exhaust gas thermal control requirements.
The target applications include turbocharger temperature control, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), selective catalytic reduction (SCR), diesel oxidation catalysis (DOC), and diesel/gasoline particulate filtration systems.
The temperature range supported by MLX90342 for thermocouples is -40 ° C to 1300 ° C, and the specified operating temperature range is -40 ° C to 155 ° C. Precision onboard cold junction temperature compensation, linearization, and factory calibration ensure an inherent accuracy of ± 2.5 ° C (Ta>0 ° C). This fully demonstrates that the accuracy of the sensor can reach twice that of other existing devices.
The sensor interface adopts a micro 26 pin 6x4 mm QFN package, with a refresh rate of up to 100Hz, which meets the manufacturer's expectations for high-speed response.
